1 General Provisions

The mmr77 platform is intended for players in Myanmar. The services, games, and content on this website are not intended for individuals, regions, or countries where such use would be unlawful. Each user is solely responsible for complying with the laws applicable in their own location.

mmr77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Opening and Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years old to use the mmr77 platform. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use any service. If a player is found to have misrepresented their age, their account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Player Policy

Each player may hold only one account at mmr77. Opening additional accounts using the same IP address, personal details, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this policy may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Personal Information

The name, phone number, and payment details provided at registration must be accurate. They may be verified when you request a withdrawal. Accounts opened with incorrect information may be closed.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

You can deposit using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit per transaction is 3,000 Ks. Deposits are credited to your account almost instantly, so you can start playing right away.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal per transaction is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made using the same method as your deposit, and funds will only be transferred to an account that matches your registered personal details.

3.3 Financial and Payment Security

mmr77 does not provide money transfer or currency exchange services. The platform must not be used as a place to store funds. Any attempt to withdraw funds without placing bets will not be processed.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

mmr77 offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks, and you must wager the 20,000 Ks bonus amount 15x (300,000 Ks) before withdrawing. If you deposit 620,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, and you must wager that 300,000 Ks bonus 15x (4,500,000 Ks).

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must complete wagering of 15x the bonus amount. Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is met. If you attempt to withdraw before completing wagering on any bonus, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Violations

All bonuses must be used in accordance with their applicable terms and conditions. If arbitrage between linked accounts, or any breach of the relevant policies during bonus claiming or wagering, is detected, the bonus and all related activity will be voided.

5 VIP Program and Cashback

mmr77 has 5 VIP tiers based on players' betting activity: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback rates increase as you move up — Bronze 0.2%, Silver 0.3%, Gold 0.5%, Platinum 0.6%, and Diamond up to 0.8%. The eligibility criteria and calculation method for VIP cashback are determined by the platform.

6 Prohibited and Illegal Activities

Players must not engage in any of the following —

• Any financial transaction related to money laundering
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes
• Using bots, scraping tools, or automated methods that interfere with the software
• Opening additional accounts using the same payment method or personal details to claim bonuses
• Searching for or exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's game technology, encryption, or software
• Opening and operating an account as a third party to place bets on behalf of players from other countries

If any of these activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all activity will be terminated. Funds may be forfeited and legal action may follow.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

mmr77 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances —

• If a breach of these terms and conditions is found
• If there is evidence suggesting the account is being used by someone other than the account holder
• If a financial irregularity is detected
• If the account holder is found to have used irregular methods or engaged in fraudulent play

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information provided by players will be handled in accordance with mmr77's Privacy Policy. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to protect financial and personal data. Players' personal information will never be sold to third parties — except where required by law.

9 Games & Service Availability

10 Limitation of Liability

mmr77 is not responsible for players' gaming losses, damages arising from technical faults, loss of access due to connectivity issues, funds lost from third-party account breaches (due to the player's own negligence), or delays caused by payment processors. The maximum liability that can be accepted shall not exceed the original account balance at the time of the incident.

If a player needs to raise a dispute regarding any matter, they must first log in to their account and contact us via live chat. If the issue cannot be resolved there, it may be escalated by email. mmr77 prioritises fairness and transparency when handling disputes.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

Players may request to close their account at any time. Account closure will be processed after any remaining balance has been withdrawn. Accounts that have had no activity for more than 12 consecutive months and hold no balance may be deactivated by mmr77.
